When I spoke earlier this year with the drivers and the crews from Team Penske, I knew there was something familiar, something special about the way they worked.
When I saw this photo in a recent tweet from Helio Castroneves, 3 time Indy 500 champion—and all around great guy!—it was just too familiar not to share. If 227mph is enough to peel off the decals, imagine what a Blue Angel FA/18 looks like after you wring it out at Mach 1.57!
High Performance is the product of this type of mindset. Seize the day. Push your limits, and new horizons will unfold before you. Execute it all with a grateful mindset, and know that when you get back down to earth, the people who make your job possible are there to lift you up. Embrace them and everyone around you with the gratitude they deserve, and you’ll find yourself on a whole new level of performance, and of happiness.
